Friends of Offham Road

Following months of evidence and data gathering Tonbridge and Malling council have released the draft Local Plan. The Local Plan sets out how we will meet the government’s objectively assessed housing need requirement to deliver 19,746 new homes, 1097 per year. Crucially, it also provides greater control over where development can take place.

The plan will now look to enter a period of consultation with residents and this is the time for us to act and have our say on the plans.
